I love fall, and I love winter. So, I thought about it today, and I decided to make my male fursona, Jason, represent the fall season and my female fursona,Snowdrift, represent the winter season. Reasons why:
---
Jason is already a browny-orange (terra-cotta, dark brown, light brown, sand, tuscan red, black, and white/silver) colored coyote/black-backed jackal hybrid. He has a very colorful, hyper, silly, comical, bubbly, fun, -and so on- type of personality. The colors and the prettyness of fall fits his interesting and crazy personality to a T ;3
Snowdrift is a grey and white (30% 50% and 70% cool grey, black, warm grey/white, and red) colored coyote siberian husky hybrid. She, like I, has a dark, mysterious, cold, harsh, yet beautiful, bubbly, hyper, loving, and caring personality. The calmness yet unpredictability of the tundra fits my personality as well :}
---
I know it's odd to consider both Jas and Snow as 'me', but it's true. They are like, Yin and Yang; opposites yet the same.
I had a lot of fun with this too! Reffed poses from a wolf photo and fixed them to fit Snow and Jason, although they still look really 'wolfish' -go figure!
I was talking to Lyanti a bit ago, and she had said that she colors most/all of her pictures with colored pencils then she add watercolor! I've only heard about using watercolor as a base, then adding colored pencils over it. It's safe to say I was surprised when she said that! So, I had to be crazy and try it out! I have to say I really like the effect!!!! I may have to do this more often; Thank you sweetie!!!! <3333333333
Prismapencils (also, the colors listed in the 'why' paragraphs are prismacolors), watercolors, and acrylic paints on white cardstock.
